I just wanted to extend my gratitude for your amazing service and attention to detail. During a fairly substantial build-out of some custom theater speakers this past May, we were in need of a small quantity of custom spec 8 inch woofers - Misco delivered exactly what we needed. Out of the 24 woofers, none were DOA, all arrived in perfect shape. Even more amazing, they were all on spec! The best part: the woofers Misco built to my specs cost me no more than an "off-the shelf" part obtainable from a myriad of suppliers.

As a small business (microscopic in today's Consumer Electronics market), The LoudSpeaker Store has been "blown off" by many potential suppliers because we weren't interested in purchasing 10,000 units. Not only has Misco been willing to supply small quantities, but you've done it cheerfully and professionally. This is service and quality you just can't get from offshore vendors!
